Dear all,

This is just a reminder that any support requests I receive WILL NOT BE ANSWERED if the following conditions are met:

1. Your request features proper courtesy - please, thank you, etc, as a basic minimum.
2. You have clearly explained what the problem is and what steps you have taken to resolve it.

I enclose a sample of support "requests" received in recent weeks:

I have waited 2 hours for the activation. How long is this gonna take?
So this morning I was creating my account, it has been about roughly 10 minutes and I still haven't received my registration verification email.
How am I supposed to activate my account or what is going on because I'm not allowed to view almost any of the pages
There was no link sent to my Gmail account to finish registration.
I'm still unable to see different portions of the forum.
And so on, and so on.

These do not receive an answer and never will.

As a general reminder:

1. There is no delay for receipt of the activation email. Check your spam folder or sign up with a different email account.
2. See above.
3. See above.
4. See above.
5. I have no idea what this means.

Also, one user sent this FOUR HOURS after posting their "support request" (at 5am on a Sunday morning.)

I don't get a answer? Well fuck this forum anyways!!!
